This 8 inch round on top of a 8 inch square. The bottom layer is rice crispy treats and the top is carrot cake with vanilla cream cheese icing. Something like this would also be cute in rival colors RED BLACK and WHITE though not as cute of course :) Perfect for a sports lover Birthday or the big game.

This is a super fun idea that I'm so glad my little sis Jenna was willing to participate in. Of course not everyone can be in the ultra sound room with you when you find out BOY or GIRL but you can always throw a party and let the cake tell friends and family! This is a Lemon cake with a Vanilla butter cream icing covered and decorated with fondant. Will the icing be PINK or BLUE??? Check back a bit later since not even my pregnant sister knows yet!

Kamri Birthday Cake

My cute niece Kamri just celebrated her 12th birthday. She had a TWILIGHT themed party so I created this NEW MOON inspired birthday cake for her. The bottom tier is actually Rice Crispy Treats, the middle is traditional White and the top is a rich Chocolate Fudge all with Cream Cheese icing and covered with fondant. Happy Birthday Kamri!
